Tiglin TCI, Ashford, County Wicklow

This is a job we carried our on Tiglin Youth Centre. With very difficult grounds to fix into, we came up with a solution of metal spikes to carry the gutter during times of heavy snow.

Amber Springs Hotel, Gorey, County Wexford

We carried out this job for well-known Hotel group in County Wexford – a flagship building, all work had to be carried out to the highest standard and quality both technically and visually. Both architect and client were happy with the final outcome and are a source of repeat business.

UCD Student Accommodation, Stillorgan Road, Dublin

This work was carried out by Cleary Doyle Construction on the Student Accommodation. They chose First Choice Aluminium for the installation of aluminium fascia, soffit and gutters, choosing from a wide range of colours in our aluminium range to suit the style of the building. Newtown National School

This work was undertook by First Choice Aluminium from HMD Construction. They went for a standard black aluminium fascia, soffit and gutters because the material used had to be durable and last well for years to come.

 Ashford National School

Here I supplied gutter and downpipes, the installation of which had to be carried out to the highest standard due to the nature of the building. As it is primarily used by children, the highest safety standards had to be put into practice both in terms of installation and materials used.

Repairs Before Installation of Fascia and Soffit

Extensive repairs were required for this old type property before installation of fascia and soffit. This involved removing rotten timber fascia before the installation of new white uPVC fascia and soffit.
